If the store operates, information needed to fulfil an order may be shared with delivery, payment, or technical service providers. We use reasonable safeguards and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed and there is no legal reason to retain it.

You may contact customer support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask how it is used. Records required by law or needed to resolve a dispute may need to be retained.

Returns & Refunds

This is a proposed store policy. It must be confirmed before launch and does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

• Request window: Contact customer support within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused and uninstalled, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Installed or used major appliances will be reviewed by support.
• Wrong, transit-damaged, or faulty items: Contact us promptly with your order number and photos or video. We will review the case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
• Refund method and timing: After inspection and approval, refunds are generally sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Support will confirm how a cash-on-delivery order is refunded.
• Return shipping: Support will arrange returns for confirmed damage, wrong items, or faults. Return and bulky-item handling costs for other reasons will be explained when the request is made.

Some hygiene-sensitive, safety-related, or customized items may not qualify for change-of-mind returns. Any exception will be disclosed before purchase and remains subject to applicable law.

Shipping Information

• Delivery is intended for serviceable addresses in Pakistan. Remote or special locations require availability confirmation.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Location, stock, weather, and carrier schedules may affect timing; support will confirm the estimate.
• Delivery fees, optional installation, and other charges will be disclosed before order confirmation. Stair carry, installation, and old-appliance removal require separate confirmation.
• Please inspect the package and item on arrival. Note visible damage or a wrong item at receipt and contact support promptly.

Contact us as early as possible to change an address or delivery appointment. Changes may not be possible after the carrier has the order.

Terms of Use

• By browsing or using this site, you agree to these terms and the specific policies shown at purchase.
• Product names, photos, specifications, stock, and prices on this demo may differ from actual goods. An order is subject to confirmation by SDW.
• Prices and shopping-bag totals are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Adding an item to the bag is not an order. An order is formed only after stock, delivery address, and payment method are confirmed.
• You must not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or submit false order information.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Disputes and governing law depend on the operating entity’s location and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
